The facility includes specialized sections for raw material storage, forging, machining, welding, quality testing, and packaging, ensuring efficient workflow and strict quality control throughout the manufacturing process.

Surface Treatment & Finishing Facilities including Hot Dip Galvanizing (HDG), Electro Zinc Plating (EZP), Powder Coating, and Paint Plant with a seven-tank phosphating process ensuring improved coating adhesion and enhanced corrosion resistance.

 

Our machining and fabrication setup is supported by modern CNC and conventional machining equipment, enabling us to maintain tight dimensional tolerances, consistent product quality, and reliable production output.
